Ingrid's scores tells us that she is average to above average in reading comprehension, science and social studies when compared to other kids her age. Her scores also reflect that she is below average to average in spelling and math computation. I would also explain that this type of percentile scores do not mean she is failing or doing terribly bad because this type of score tends to underestimate the differences at the extremities. This score just tells us that she is a little below average in comparison to other students her age.
I would suggest to her grandmother to help her study her spelling words and math computation. While doing this she should encourage her to keep up with her grades in the other areas as well and praise her for doing well in those areas. I would also tell her to keep up the praises and encouragement so she doesn't get frustrated or discouraged in those subject areas she is below average in.
