Lower-order thinking (knowing/memorizing/applying)
When it comes to problem solving what is the difference between algorithm and heuristic problem solving and how will you work with both types if you happen to have both in your classroom?

Higher-order thinking (analyzing and synthesizing)
 List some cognitive factors that children in your classroom may face when it comes to problem solving. Then discuss how you will deal/help with working around or with those factors.


What is critical thinking? What are the four forms in which critical thinking can take place? Create a situation in which each form might take place in your classroom.
